Yeah, and I would postulate that the Airlines in general bear at least some culpability for this, with the new requirement that no alcohol is served in-flight (for the cattle-car folks anyway) anymore, and you can’t bring anything you bought in the terminal with you when you board. This ... whatever ... probably started drinking in the terminal due to this, got too soused, and chimped out.
