I don’t know if the courts can intervene but all things considered, I’d say they will not.
Canada could soon have a huge number of Political Prisoners.
Brian Peckford, the last surviving signatory of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and well respected elder statesman, just appeared in a press conference with Tamara Lich. He is taking the government to court. This would be like one of the Founding Fathers telling the government, “You got our document wrong.”
The first thing Trudeau is doing is freezing/seizing bank accounts thought to be funding the Convoy. The courts appear to be supportive of this offensive.
