Imho - continuing to beat on an unconscious victim ? For anyone else, that looks like attempted murder. I pray that girl is taken out of school and arrested, I dont know the background, for surely, its not self defense.

Yes. Absolutely I agree.
When I was in the 5th grade an 8th grader was beating up a 4th grader in the school yard. When I saw that I dived in and tried to get the hulking 8th grader off the 4th grader. I wasn’t big enough to make a difference actually. But I tried. Eventually a teacher came and then the Prinicpal

All three of us were hauled off to his office. The Principal kept the 8th grader out while he chewed on the little kid and me...his final remark to me after telling me he had called my parents, “I can tell you are a trouble maker girlbecause... look at your shoes. They are scuffed and unclean.”
My Mom came and picked me up. Before we left she asked just who started the problem and the teacher and little boy said the big boy did...my Mom turned to the Principal and told him he should get his facts straight and, by the way, his shoes didn’t look too hot, either. With that said she and I went home where she cleaned me up, put iodine on lesions and told me she was very proud of me, that no child should beat up on another. Period.
