You have chosen to ignore the actual facts and be dead, the reasons for his deportation is very clear. It has nothing to do with his forms or documents.

Please check these parts of the references of the documents you sent me. They are referenced in the court transcript:

MIGRATION ACT 1958 - SECT 116

Subject to subsections (2) and (3), the Minister may cancel a visa if he or she is satisfied that:

(b) its holder has not complied with a condition of the visa

(e) the presence of its holder in Australia is or may be, or would or might be, a risk to:
(i) the health, safety or good order of the Australian community or a segment of the Australian community; or
(ii) the health or safety of an individual or individuals; or
(f) the visa should not have been granted because the application for it or its grant was in contravention of this Act or of another law of the Commonwealth;

(1AB) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), the Minister may cancel a visa (the current visa ) if he or she is satisfied that:

(a) incorrect information was given, by or on behalf of the person who holds the current visa, to:

(i) an officer; or

(ii) an authorised system; or

(iii) the Minister; or

(iv) any other person, or a tribunal, performing a function or purpose under this Act; or

(v) any other person or body performing a function or purpose in an administrative process that occurred or occurs in relation to this Act; and

(b) the incorrect information was taken into account in, or in connection with, making:

The full bench of the Federal Court unanimously agreed to dismiss Djokovic’s application on Sunday before he was due to play in the Australian Open on Monday.

The laws say it, the courts say it, and many here say it. I don’t make their laws, but I respect their privileges of enforcing them inside their country.

And calling me a liar is not going to change their laws. Sometimes people disappoint me. They talk justice, but they protect the criminal.

I’m done with this. I’ve displayed facts, even from others entries, and displayed where I got them. I want to move on to other topics maybe more important. He got legally deported, and may not be able to enter Australia for a number of years because he had a stance. I respect his right to have one, but I do not respect him when he tries to go around the law for profit.
