A local TV station followed them to their illegally parked Ford F-150’s on Lake Shore Drive - every license plate was covered with duck tape. The Fed’s refused to be interviewed or answer any questions.

Can you cite a specific source for that? Normally I don't bug people with questions like that, but if this is true it is one of the most outrageous things I've ever heard.

It's one thing for feds to infiltrate groups they suspect of extremism or terrorism, but quite another to try to discredit a group with a long history of peaceful protest by conspicuously posing as white supremacists.
