What little communication there is there was knocked out....further there is no emergency warning network set up there from what I’ve read. The only reason you had the cables is the IMF and other world entities paid for it.

I alos understand there are 30 to 40 underground volcanoes in that area.....which were discovered about 20 yrs. ago.
