Trains will require armed private security like the cargo ships sailing past Somalia. It’s land piracy and neither the California or Federal government have any intention of enforcing the law against these bandits. Elementary school children know how to take advantage of a weak-wiled teacher and it ends with chaos in the classroom. Hardened criminals see the weakness in Newsom, Biden and all the Dem mayors and AGs, and know that it is open-season for every crime. We are just getting started on the descent into the abyss.

Given that this is happening in California, that won’t work. The looters will always greatly outnumber the guards. And the first time a guard shoots a looter for a “misdemeanor theft”, all hell will break loose. The guard will go to prison, and the railroad company will be sued for millions.
