People I know, 1 of whom is a friend and 2 others who are cousins, use to be totally normal people. All 3 are now completely neurotic hypochondriacs. Totally obsessed with COVID testing and “whether or not they have it”. Sad and pathetic.
Yep. We’ve lost allegedly conservative friends who went around the bend worrying about the Wuhan Flu.
They got the shots and now they can’t even be in eyesight of us lest we infect them.
What’s ironic is one couple we know went full batshit paranoid with getting the J&J shot and then followed on with the four AstraZeneca shots and they still caught the bug! Getting sick only made them descend even further into madness.
that truly is sad.
I will admit, early in the first few weeks of the pandemic, I allowed the TV news to scare the helll out of me, was anxious all the time, lost 12 lbs. because my stomach was in knots.
Then I STOPPED watching the TV news! Best decision ever.
I’ve never watched it since then. Stress and anxiety much lower!
