I am just not understanding something. I think like most, I’ve gotten my knowledge of the law from hollywood movies and tv crime shows. I thought with a search warrant, you had to turn it over or they would come seize it. They don’t need your permission. Am I wrong?

No silly. That doesn’t apply to democommie liberal pieces of garbage. They routinely ignore court orders, subpoenas, rulings, injuctions...... It’s what they do. Laws only apply to peons. Had one of us had the incident he was involved, in we’d be in the hoosegow and charged with minimum negligent manslaughter.

The difference is that the search warrant was issued in New Mexico and Baldwin is in New York or Vermont or somewhere.

New Mexico has to follow constitutional interstate extradition processes and "full faith and credit" processes to exercise its warrant in other states.

Baldwin is dragging it out, using his constitutional rights as much as he can.
