I do not understand why so many would want anyone on the Supreme Court who thinks Anwar al-Awlaki’s kids, born in Yemen to one citizen parents, are natural born citizens eligible to be President.

I was a Cruz supporter and donor in 2016, voting for him in the primaries.
Once I became a Trump supporter, I never looked back.
Now, with Cruz voicing support for the sham Jan 6 commission, I will never support him again.

Meh...people forget Cruz was among a handful of Senators who voted AGAINST certifying Arizona’s election results, and he volunteered to represent Texas if their lawsuit against Pennsylvania reached the USSC.
Instead of just pointing his finger and expressing outrage to score some cheap points, maybe Tucker Carlson should do some actual journalism and ask Cruz to come on and explain himself.
Cruz is a very smart guy and can nearly pull the act off until he lets his guard down.
People say his presentation appears canned. It isn’t, he is formulating three steps ahead while he is talking the one three steps behind.
The first clue to me against him is his wife. You don’t get to be a partner at goldman without the right attitude and you don’t sleep with my enemies and become a favorite of mine.

100% not true. If you have one American parent (in his case mother) and are born ANYWHERE in the world, you are an American. Citizenship is about blood, not geography. And I’m not a fan of his (was, he lost me on the nude Melania pictures he pushed). Where leftists get it wrong is in thinking two Smiths can make a Jones baby by being in the Smith home. Two illegals can NOT make an American, anywhere, period. Blood, not geography.

Natural born citizens are naturally citizens because they CANNOT possibly be anything else.
ALL children of foreigners are born with foreign citizenship, they are NOT naturally Americans as they are also something else.
He may be a citizen, but the Constitution says natural born citizen.

All foreign births have to have paperwork.
