Now at T- one day to potential Russian invasion.

Globalism / Great Reset -

TOPIC NOTE- These protests and national responses to the wuhan disease are evidence that it is not about the disease but control. The WEF has openly stated that they want to us this to usher in the ‘great reset’ ( a desire echoed by biden as well). However, as long as the population refuses to succumb to these lockdowns and restrictions, the WEF will find its goals delayed. Hence I’m tracking them here rather than wuhan. If action in the US starts to turn violent, I’ll track under CW2//Domestic Violence.

- Trudeau has invoked the Emergency (War Powers) act to quell the Protests. He stopped just short of deploying the military to break up protest. Act grants cabinet ability to take ‘special temporary measures that may not be appropriate in normal times’
- Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister says that, as part of the Emergencies Act, they are broadening Canada’s “Terrorist Financing” rules so that they cover crowdfunding platforms and cryptocurrencies to the Canadian Freedom Convoy
- RUMINT - As part of their “Emergency Act” powers, the Canadian government has BLOCKED all social media posts originating from inside of Canada. Twitter, Facebook, etc., have been affected by the block. Users can post, but what they post WILL NOT APPEAR on any feeds, anywhere if their originating IP address is located in CANADA.

New Zealand’s prime minister on Monday said protesters who oppose coronavirus mandates were using “intimidation and harassment,” as authorities appeared to take a harsher stance toward the convoy of demonstrators that has disrupted the capital of Wellington for nearly a week. Police initially let the protesters set up tents and camp on the grounds of New Zealand’s Parliament before arresting 122 people on Thursday and then backing off again. The size of the protest dropped to a few hundred last week but increased again to around 3,000 over the weekend. Speaking with reporters, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern signaled the thinning patience of authorities.

US Convoy of freedom is now expected to start on Feb 23d.

PROTEST OBSERVATIONS - Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Austria are the tip of the spear for the GGR tyrants. Any popular support for these wuhan tyrants is slipping fast, hence the harsher govt responses to protestors.

Invasion of Illegals -

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials are set to issue a new memo that is likely to further cripple Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents’ ability to arrest illegal aliens. This is in part allegedly due to a lawsuit against the DHS over illegal aliens who were arrested by ICE agents as part of “collateral arrests” in traffic stops and often without a judicial warrant. The policy is certain to further cripple interior immigration enforcement.

An article criticizing Chinese leader Xi Jinping was allowed to go viral in mainland China, which analysts say reflects the intense struggle among different factions within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its effect on Xi’s authority.
OBSERVATION - I’ve noted previously all is not well with Xi in China. Political instability could cause him to execute dangerous actions like a taiwan invasion to secure his position.

Russia - T-1 days?

WAR WATCH - Putin has seriously deployed for combat and can execute several options at any moment. Russian deployments indicate the capability to launch an offensive against Ukraine along 7 fronts: from the Union State of Russia and Belarus, from the Russian Federation, from Russian-occupied Donbas, from the Sea of Azov, from Russian-occupied Crimea, from the Black Sea, from Russian-occupied Moldova.

****Update ****
biden administration warning of a start to the invasion being tomorrow has been ridiculed but independent observers concur that an attack CAN occur within days. Now, more observers and analysts see precursors of an attack. Here are the current indicators -
- Russian propaganda for internal/domestic consumption claim ‘thousands of civilians have been tortured and savagely killed’ by Ukraine amid invasion fears. This is similar to the story used in 2014 for its last incursion into Ukraine.
- Satellite observed a reduction in Russian military assets in Soloti, Klintsy, Rechysta, Yelnya, and Pogonovo. The equipment is not being loaded onto railcars and sent back to its home district; instead, it is likely being moved to forward staging and assembly areas. The sudden emptying of camps is consistent with Western intelligence on a possible invasion timeline.
- OSINT notes significant activity in Crimea where it is suspected that the airborne forces there are preparing for a very large helicopter / airborne operations.
- Observers note long range artillery and rocket launchers being moved towards the Ukraine

POTENTIAL DIRECT THREATS TO THE US -
- Cyber attacks on energy and economic targets See Cyberwarfare above.

Putin hsa announced the willing to discuss ‘confidence building’ measures with the US and NATO within the context of Russia saying they are withdrawing troops following the end of ‘exercises’ along the Ukraine border.

Russia said Tuesday it was pulling back some of its forces near the Ukrainian border to their bases, in what would be the first major step towards de-escalation after weeks of tension with the West. Some exercises are continuing, such as a large joint Russia-Belarus drill, due to end on 20 February.
OBSERVATION - This claim is being countered by observers failing to see the equipment being moved to rail heads, but instead toward the Ukraine border.

The Russian Northern Fleet has begun exercises in the Barents Sea with the participation of about 20 ships, including the cruiser Pyotr Veliky and the frigate Admiral Gorshkov

The State Duma voted for a draft resolution on the need to recognize the “LNR” and the “DNR” on the occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Resolution will be sent to the president immediately, - speaker Volodin said
OBSERVATION - This recognition will make any negotiated settlement nearly impossible.

The military and armored vehicles that took part in the exercises in the Crimea are returning to their places of permanent deployment, - the press service of the Southern Military District reported. See Indiator discussion above. Observers are very skeptical that these forces a departing Crimea for Russia.

A senior Russian military official said on Monday that Russia was ready to open fire on foreign ships and submarines that illegally enter its territorial waters, the Interfax news agency reported.
Any such decision would, however, be taken only at the “highest level,” Stanislav Gadzhimagomedov, deputy head of the main operational department of the General Staff, was quoted as saying.

A UAV that was heading towards Erbil from “eastern border” [AKA Iran] has been reportedly intercepted by the coalition.
OBSERVATION - Iraqi authorities also say the UAV is similar to those used by Houthi in Yemen as a low cost ‘cruze missile. Likely from Iranian backed militias developing capability to strike US forces in Iraq.

Black Swans -

Climatologists saying the current ‘mega’ drought is the worst in 1,200 years. Drought from last year hammered farmers and ranchers and a continuation will place increasing pressure on food supply for the country. This is on top of shortages in fertilizer and skyrocketing fuel prices. Farms and ranches may stumble through this year, but if conditions don’t change food shortages may become significantly worse.

The nerve of those protesters!!!!

Don’t the unwashed know that only the government is allowed to use intimidation and harassment to achieve their goals?

- Following declaration of War Powers, trudeau has been receiving a lot of push back. On Tuesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was mercilessly shouted down several times by parliament members as he attempted to answer their questions about his increasingly-authoritarian handling of the Trucker Convoy. The booing and heckling grew so loud that the speaker overseeing the house stepped in multiple times to restore order because Trudeau’s response had been completely drowned out.
- Ottowa Chief of Police has resigned
- The New York Times is reporting, “Tow-truck operators, who have been reluctant to cooperate with the police, will also now be compelled to work with law enforcement agencies to clear Ottawa’s streets and the border crossings at Coutts, Alberta. If they don’t cooperate, they could face arrest.”
- However, the blockade at Coutts appears to be winding down now that Alberta has announce removal of wuhan mandates.
- Efforts being made to freeze bank accounts of protestors.
- The hacker who shut down Givefundgo also grabbed tens of thousands of listings of contributors to the fund, passing them to government officials as well as CBC to allow them to dox contributors.

Housing bubble about to pop? The US 30-year mortgage rate broke through the 4% barrier. According to Bankrate’s mortgage survey, the 30-year mortgage rate is now 4.2%. The 5/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) rate falling slightly to 2.87%. That is quite a spread between the 30-year fixed and 5/1 ARM rates! That is 133 basis points.
OBSERVATION - Over priced houses with increasing interest rates.

Govt is facing a Friday deadline to produce a budget or have to kick the can down the road with a continuing resolution. The House last week passed a continuing resolution to fund the government at current levels through March 11, and the Senate must pass it before the end of the day on Friday to avoid a government shutdown. Republican and Democratic budget negotiators hope to reach an agreement on a Fiscal Year 2022 omnibus spending bill before the new March 11 deadline, setting the first new spending levels under the Biden administration.

Biden watch -

Joe Biden continued to confuse millions of Americans this week when he launched into a bizarre story about putting a dead dog on a woman’s doorstep.
“I got a call one night… The woman said to me, ‘There’s a dead dog on my lawn.’ I said ‘Yes ma’am. Have you called the county?’ I said I’ll get them in the morning. She said ‘I want it removed now. I pay your salary.’ So, I went over… I picked it up… I put it on her doorstep,” explained Biden.

biden administration warning of a start to the invasion TODAY has been ridiculed but independent observers concur that an attack CAN occur within days. Now, more observers and analysts see precursors of an attack. Here are the current indicators -
- Cyber attacks of Ukraine govt and financial websites
- Reports of scattered, unexplained power outages.

POTENTIAL DIRECT THREATS TO THE US -
- Cyber attacks on energy and economic targets See Cyberwarfare above.

NOTE - There are huge volumes of information and mis-information flying around out there. Russian new sources need to be held at arms length as they are an extension of the Putin’s propaganda machine. Western sources also need to be viewed with some skepticism. Independent reports may or may not have credible information. It is important that when big “news” pops out from the internets, time is taken to look at other sources for verification. n

Izvestia reports that units from the Western Military District’s 3rd Motorized Rifle Division and Southern Military District’s 42nd and 150th Motorized Rifle Divisions are returning to their permanent bases. The 3rd and 150th MRD are based near Ukraine.
OBSERVATION - Sources on the ground are NOT seeing these units pulling into rail heads to load out as part of this ‘return’. Russia may be trying to use this claim to mask other movements.
