As I see it the world leaders are all trigger hyped knowing how weak our Pres. and unpredictable his administration is. As well not knowing who is really in charge here...compounded with all the conflicts and wars getting hotter under O'Biden..... The instability economically throughout the world certainly adds to it.

I read that Japan had been at High alert since 2010 - so this too evidences the instability of the world - is it meant to be so? I think so as the so called Global re-setters prepare to position what they will.
