If that were true, Russians wouldn't get stabbed, shot, thrown from buildings, or have their apartments exploded to blame on the Chechens in that country. Putin also wouldn't permit the KGB-FSB to control 70-80% of appointed government posts, as well as control over huge chunks of the economy, which strangles regular Russians.
You really think Biden is better in this respect? Interesting perspective from the left . What about the J6 political prisoners and the Uber corrupt DOJ, FBI, CIA, DEA? How about Biden and his woke military?
