Hard to say what a jury will do, but even if he's found guilty, his reputation is pretty much ruined. The way Chappelle made fun of him shows what the mainstream black community thinks of him.
A lot of people think that he shouldn't go to jail for being a big liar, and most people don't give a darn about the CPD spending all those resources on this. But everyone knows he's a liar.
