No it’s an adenovirus that does NOT inject the messenger RNA like the others. Just the adenovirus with the DNA instructions for the body’s natural mrna to build the spike proteins. Afaik.

Yes, it's an adenovirus that injects DNA into you, which then gets into your cells and tells your cells to MAKE THE SAME MRNA as the other two, which then tells the cells to express the spike proteins. The end result is the same, you still have your body creating something that's supposed to be foreign, that your immune system than attacks. That your body makes.
It's the same result as Pfizer/Moderna, JnJ just has an extra step or two in the process.
