People need to simply start shooting the looters. Unfortunately, the ONLY people the cops will go after are people who resist, by any means necessary. Anyone on a jury should consider such action ‘justifiable homicide’
Scratching my head here because it would seem an enclosed mall with maximum security could ‘TRAP’ the perps inside...tandem doors at entrances with vestibules as “trap zones”...then just release the gas...LOL!
