This will help with the OSHA case. Federal contracts that are not “new” do not have the vaccine mandate included. If the mandate is so DIRE that it must include all employees, as OSHA claims, then the federal government would take an emergency measure to make the current contract void and negotiate a new contract.

As it stands, keeping the construction on tract is more important than having all federal contractor’s employees fully vaccinated.

Apparently, the sissy’s at my son’s employer re-did the contract to cave in to the mandate.

His religious exemption requires testing every 72 hours.
