A MAC address, in and of itself, is nothing more than a hardware address baked into a piece of hardware. This article seems to make the claim that vaccinated people are generating a bluetooth signal which transmits a MAC address. Unless these people are wired up, there is no way they can be transmitting a coherent bluetooth signal at 2.45 GHz.

I am in no way supporting this theory, but it did raise a question.

As so many things that are “impossible” are now every day stuff, is there anyway that some substance in the clot shot could simply be a repeater receiving power to operate from a satellite similar to the way cordless power recharges work?

I don’t have any cordless chargers. All I know about them is what I have seen in ads.
