It may seem like a silly question, but when did POTUS become a king or dictator ruling by decree. Where in our nation’s founding documents are mandates, executive orders and decrees mentioned?

Here's the deal. They believe that President Trump was a "dictator" and so they believe they have a right to be "dictators," too. Except Trump wasn't, and they most assuredly are.

Since 50 or more years ago. Congress prefers others make the moves.

Nixon imposed wage and price control by executive order. GWB created a court system by executive order (constitution expressly gives this power to Congress). If POTUS doesn’t order it, an agency will.

The federal government is an out of control behemoth that will eventually be felled under its own weight and immutable laws of human nature.
