My point was/is he did not slow down and so any defense that wants to show the murders were not intentional is a lie.
I think we agree, perhaps I just worded it wrong.
Just differently.
From what it looked like on the videos I saw, he aimed for the highest concentrations of people.
Even if he didn’t slow down, he could have steered for an area where there were fewer people. Instead, he went for the middle of the crowd.
