Anmol stated again that he didn’t ask anyone or give permission to anyone to guard the Car Source locations and that he only learned of the armed individuals guarding the lots the next day.

And in the opening and closing arguments Binger made a big deal the owners of the car lot didn’t know they were there, didn’t ask for help, and yet they had evidence to the contrary.

Amusingly, the maker of the video is likely on the other side of this as he refers to Kyle as “the murderer.”

Watching the video you clearly see the van one of the brothers owns and at lest one of them. Kyle’s attorney nailed it when he said they were concerned about liability and being sued and got on the stand and lied. Problem for them is that is a crime and they should be charged. Problem for Binger is he put them on the stand knowing they’d lie and that’s also a crime.

And a photo with one of the owners of the lot just behind the lamppost.

Video is clearer but both brothers were there.

They’re looking at the civil suits from hiring untrained guards to be put there or supporting them. So they got on the stand and lied.

The prosecutors that allowed them to do that …. They are looking at disbarment and criminal penalties if they had this evidence and pushed it aside.

With this prosecution and everything they’ve done seems plausible they knew beforehand.

But now they have a duty to inform the judge and for sure it’s a mistrial.
