This didn't happen in Shitcago. It happened in a suburb west of the city, an upscale area to boot.

It's no surprise really. The hoodrats know where "the good stuff" is and as long as they stay in Crook County, the States Attorney (the ugliest black woman you might ever see) won't prosecute them.
