I like the IL-59 corridor Naperville/Aurora

Fox Valley Mall and Chicago Premium outlets
plus tons of smaller shopping areas around (ie 4 or 5 Kohls within within 20 mins)

plus no hood rats

Know the area well. The hood rats will hit those soon. The access to I-88 makes it easy.
