Even with everyone testifying to the "joking" nature of the threat, Baldwin is going to face more than accidental homicide / negligent homicide. These sets all have video cameras recording all the time so this very bad thing is on tape.

Isn’t it obvious that he is transferring guilt to the prop manager? His excuse, “I’ve never been handed a hot gun”, is the clue he is not accepting responsibility for the deadly act.
