I agree that it is 'innocent until proven guilty'. I just think as well that there is a risk of it being dismissed as an accident by a guy with a bad history, as inconvenient to the local movie industry, and as a high-profile person that is given a break that wouldn't be given us.
He should be in jail until they figure it out, just like would happen to any of us.
