Brook’s work was never really designed for the big screen. That didn’t reach enough people and TV was censured to his product. However, I still see Blazin’ Saddles, Young Frankenstein and Space Balls in the line up on a number of different stations. All are sexual, racial, and religiously challenging to an audience in that they spoof topics in such a way that they are not aggressive but realistic and provide a step back approach, refreshing to the problems we are being attacked with today.
