I’m so ridiculously and hopelessly far behind in trying to follow Dmitry’s Telegram chat. But I saw him mention something in passing about Niatonin getting rid of fleas? Seriously? IDK how that would work, but my cats have to be on this if that’s true. We’re always facing infestations here in south FL, even tho we have no carpet and the cats stay indoors. And I have never wanted to subject them to any of those chemical drops that you put on their necks to turn their blood into flea poison. That can’t be good!
Oh, and if he changes the protocol again, someone please mention it here. Almost 3000 posts behind. Geesh, that chat has taken off like a runaway train lately!
25/1650, no flush. You need to hang out a shingle as the Niatonin Genius.
I’m thinking of putting the melatonin in a shaker to make it easier to portion out small amounts.
I did. She's driving from Wisconsin back to California, so that will eat up a few days, but I'm sure it will be at least a week beyond that. I just hope we don't see a niacin shortage.
That's a good idea. I have a skinny straw that I made a tiny spoon from.
I had tiny spoons already - that had never been used, but came in handy. But my scale has trouble registering tiny amounts of melatonin (thinking of the cats again).
AZL, is your shaker idea intended for both M and N together, or separately? I was wondering how well they would be homogenized if mixed, because they’re such different consistencies. It would be great if I could just mix up a batch of the Ratio blend, keep it in a small jar and then weigh out separate portions as needed. Ideally I’d need to get some really tiny jars to put each cat’s allotment in at one time, and then add them to the meals.
If the 66.7:1 figure is really magical, someone may yet come out of this with a useful product: a well-mixed version of Niatonin. It could be like iodized salt.
So much for “it can’t be bottled or sold because everyone is unique”, then.
Normies don’t want to buy scales and measure out white powders.
Someone(s) will make a killing on it. Then the FDA will want it banned.
Back to the drawing board. I tried the 66.7:1 solution at 1750N this morning, and my ears were burning before I had consumed 1/4 of the glass. I’m finishing the rest of it with pistachios.
My “success” yesterday must have been due to residual pistachios from earlier in the day.
This afternoon my husband wanted us to go somewhere, and I hadn’t eaten breakfast yet, so I made a fruit smoothie in a hurry. While making it, it occurred to me that we’d be out when I could be taking a dose of the protocol, so I just measured it out and dumped into the smoothie. Hardly any noticeable effect, maybe a slight drying of the facial skin (usual tingle precursor) was all. I was surprised. Still haven’t got any of the tart cherry concentrate, that’s on my to-do list.
Very cool about the smoothie. Now I can see an opportunity for a new chain of smoothie emporia. Haven’t thought of a good name yet. Smoothie Flush? Flush Smoothie? Um, no. Third Eye Smoothie, maybe.
That combination is something one could actually patent.
Morning 30M/1750N finally went fine, but only with pistachio assist (60P). I just did another 30M/1750N, with a few more pistachios and no flush.
I’m feeling a little drowsy, however, at 4:30 in the afternoon, so I’m wondering if the melatonin is responsible. Perhaps I’ll just go back to pistachios tomorrow.
Took 15M and 1000N at once tonight for the first time. Another milestone! Am having the weirdest inside-the-ears flush. Had that one time before. Wonder what it means? It feels so strange, like my ears have been pigging out on hot peppers! πΆππΌ The earlobes are fine, though, just the insides are flushing. Every day is a new adventure! ;-)
Ya, keep munching.
Pistachios + 2KN today. Started out with a flush in the ears after I had barely started. A few more pistachios resolved the problem, but I’m wondering if the flush is a direct effect of having concentrated niacin in the mouth. For the next attempt I’ll try dissolving the niacin in 24 oz of water instead of 12 oz.
Straight from the horses' mouth on pistachios and #NIATONIN.
Work up to first doses while munching on pistachios for 4 days prior to first dose to alleviate severe flush - especially over 70's.
Then do the 66.7:1 ratio at 7M/500N mixed together 10 mins after cherry concentrate. pic.twitter.com/am9vg6dk29β WeThePeeple (@WeThePeeple9) October 17, 2021
Now he's saying 1-2oz tart cherry juice concentrate 7-10 mins before taking niacin and mellie together at 66.7:1 ratio. I'm, personally, drinking some cheery juice WITH my NIATONIN mix. It helps knock out some of the sour.
What brand/source for cherry concentrate?
My brother (with the eye problem) also had dry eyes, especially when he woke up in the morning. Since Niatonin, he no longer has dry eyes, and no longer needs to use eye drops in the morning. He theorizes that the improved circulation is doing a better job of feeding his tear ducts.
His wife, who also has dry eyes, is now thinking about starting Niatonin.
N2K again, this time in 24 oz of water. No flush at all.
The time I had the Niatonin mixed in my fruit smoothie, I couldn’t taste the sourness at all, and didn’t flush. I think I’ll put it in all my fruit smoothies from now on. I don’t really see any need now to get the tart cherry in a hurry, since the flushing seems to be greatly diminishing or ending altogether lately.
I think the cherry is mostly for long covid and severe vax injury. I’m using it to cut the taste of the 3KN I’m downing. The wife doesn’t make “that face” after drinking with the cherry too.
Good news. I was telling my ophthalmologist (who’s awake) about it. I’ll pass along this anecdotal tidbit.
