Niacin and Melatonin work in synergy. The melatonin opens the gateway to cells and the inflammation within the cells. Niacin gets inside and kicks the crap out of it. We are all depleted of melatonin, so everyone's doses are different.
The Sweet Spot is when there is No Flush. Not even a tingle occurs. Hence, all the melatonin is being used up as well as the niacin to remove inflammation and restore the cells to homeostasis. The Flush is when excess niacin is not being used by the melatonin and goes to the skin capillaries.
The environmental stresses of modern life can lead to shortages of nutrients, especially melatonin and niacin, leading to the accumulation of free radicals and inflammation. The virus was targeted to affect the ACE2 receptors, which are regulated by melatonin and niacin. Once in your cells the virus consumes your energy, depletes melatonin, down-regulates the ACE2 receptors (especially in the intestines producing a leaky gut) giving the virus and spikes easy access to your brain and nervous system through the Vagus nerve.
The virus thrives in a melatonin/niacin deficient environment. The virus uses the energy from inflammation for its fitness (fuel). Supplementing melatonin and niacin reduces the inflammation that makes your body more vulnerable and reactivates your immune system to take care of the virus.
Over the course of life the lack of nutrients, especially melatonin and niacin, can't counter the progression of bad health behaviors throughout that life. New exposures like electronics, geothermal shifts, etc, a stressful life and poorer quality food these days all compound these deficiencies. Our continued dynamic deficiency in especially NIATONIN (niacin/melatonin) leads to the accumulation of more energy not expended out as per in. Because of this free radical electrons form and inflammation accumulates.
It's literally like the virus and covid pathogenesis, just slower.
These viruses or their gain of function research - whatever you want to imagine it is - have evolved since SARS-1 in 2000 to target these energy receptors; aka ACE2; what niacin and melatonin regulate.
It's a feasting ground for them (viruses).
Note:
Niacin and melatonin regulate ACE2 (Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2).
ACE2 is an enzyme attached to the membrane of cells located in the intestines, kidney, testis, gallbladder, and heart. ACE2 lowers blood pressure by catalyzing the hydrolysis of angiotensin II into angiotensin.
They're (viruses) thermodynamically attracted to people who have more inflammation for them to use for their fitness (fuel). These high expressed ACE2 (aka niacin receptors) along with the SR-B1 coreceptor right next to it - they (virus) sneak in this.
Note:
SR-B1 is a scavenger receptor class B type 1. It functions as a receptor for high-density lipoprotein. It is also know as CD36, a scavenger receptor class B member 3.
SR-BI/CD36 chimeric receptors define extracellular subdomains of SR-BI critical for cholesterol transport
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25211142/
The SR-B1 is where HDL dumps off cholesterol from blood into tissue to prevent atherosclerosis. Because the cholesterol was leaking out of the tissue after it reached threshold, it can not contain it anymore due to too much pressure. As a result, HDL lowers because it's not getting developed in the liver anymore. The HDL has to attend to scooping more cholesterol back into tissue, and is used up real quick.
The virus then gets in cells and as it literally continues to consume your energy until it reaches a threshold it needs of energy to double (replicate). As it does this it depletes melatonin. It also makes it a lot easier if you have deficient melatonin. You can see now why unhealthy and older people who have not had enough melatonin and niacin as most at risk. They also have low HDL/high TG (triglycerides). The depleted melatonin makes the PDC receptor, already stunted from accumulated inflammation over a lifetime, from pyruvate to Acetyl-CoA even more stunted. Due to this melatonin gets gradually even more depleted into say long haul COVID. As soon as the virus meets threshold to replicate it moves out the mitochondria, and on to the next one (cell) like a bad ex-girlfriend. Repeat forward. This is why COVID long haulers flush like crazy with even 50 mg doses of niacin.
Note:
• Type I interferons (IFNs) derived from plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PDCs) are critical for antiviral responses
• Pyruvic acid or pyruvate is a key intermediate in the glycolytic and pyruvate dehydrogenase pathways, which are involved in biological energy production.
• Acetyl-CoA is a molecule that participates in many biochemical reactions in protein, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
As the virus leaves each cell, it and all the crazy inflammation it amplified [hypered], leaves melatonin depleted and stunts further the PDC from pyruvate to acetylCoA. This is needed for AAANAT receptor from tryptophan to serotonin to melatonin stunted too, and so melatonin isn't made more and more.
Note:
The key regulatory step in melatonin synthesis is catalyzed by arylalkylamine N-acetyltransferase (AANAT), which converts serotonin to N-acetylserotonin.
This leaves ACE2 downregulated, and happens especially in the intestines/colon.
This is how the virus/spikes - like IVM gains easy access to your brain/nervous system then - your gut becomes leaky with this ravaging of melatonin and inflammation. This gives easy access through the Vagus nerve to cross into BBB (blood brain barrier) and nervous systems where the most bang for the buck energy is for them.
Basically the virus/spikes have to deplete your already deficient melatonin and niacin to succeed and be thermodynamically attracted in the first place.
So keeping NIATONIN sufficient/repleting it takes back control of YOUR energy metabolism that the spikes try to take over for their food (energy).
It (NIATONIN) doesn't just push out inflammation. It allows T-cell differentiation (melatonin through ACE2 aka GPR109A expression). Then niacin comes in which is literally an innate/mandatory function of the recruitment and facilitation of T-cells, killer cells, and B cells. It induces phagocytosis, denatures, kills, and clears the virus as well as all pathogens and all toxins. It's a feasting grounds for them.
Note:
GPR109A (encoded by Niacr1) is a receptor for butyrate in the colon. GPR109A is also a receptor for niacin, which is also produced by gut microbiota and suppresses intestinal inflammation.

Crop circles are all fake
Except for the real ones
I’m getting discouraged about this whole process, frankly. Last week I was more into it, after I was able to achieve the sweet spot a few times. But now I feel like it will evermore elude me, so these supplements do nothing for me while I’m in that mode, and I’m just pissing them away along with the money spent on them.
Meanwhile, I get nothing done in the evenings, as watching the clock to time everything becomes a chore, and whenever I get tingly I just want to go outside and walk in the night air - not be in the house trying to get work done. So that’s all getting backed up, and I feel so lazy. I think I need a break to get my bearings. Maybe if I take a week off and start fresh, I can find the sweet spot again more easily.
I’ll keep giving it to my cat for now, though.
Oh, it seems that plenty of crop circles are very real. It’s just how and from whence they get there that’s the mystery. I for one don’t buy into the theory that they’re from space aliens trying to communicate with us...
My wife experienced a lazy bone too even though I’m the one that worried about times and such. Se just gets served like a Queen. But the benefits she’s feeling seem to take top position.
Yesterday afternoon: 575M/30min/1000N. Just warmth around the ears. Although I didn’t exactly feel drowsy, I had a distinct lack of energy the rest of the day with two naps and a full night’s sleep.
I do think this has been good for my prostate — I pee more freely now. I also notice a distinct new urine smell, reminiscent of the niacin.
I’m still taking my regular prostate supplement, which includes saw palmetto, lycopene, pumpkin seeds, cranberry, zinc and selenium.
Also a multivitamin complex (three capsules and a big tablet), which includes A, D3, E, K2, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, iron, magnesium, zinc, selenieum, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, inositol, PABA, boron, lycopene, spirulina, barley grass, citrus bioflavinoids, orange fruit powder, wolfberry powder, olive leaf extract, magnesium, C, calcium, potassium, choline, and too many plant extracts to list (reminds me of those Dinovite ads).
I think I have lost 2-3 lbs in the 2 weeks since I’ve been doing Niatonin. For the last couple of years I’ve wanted to lose about 15 lbs, but nothing has worked. We’ll see how this goes.
What benefits has your wife noticed? Has she been doing this as long as you have? Has she reached her sweet spot?
Only one day off, and I’m itching to get back on again (no pun intended). Am I a glutton for punishment?
I’m thinking you might be a candidate for the butyrate and perhaps putting the mellie into gel caps. I’m thinking your sweet spot is around 650M/1000N. The theory is the mellie is being used up in your stomach because it’s so starved of it. The butyrate will give the gut flora the food it needs and the gel cap will delay the mellie absorption until small intestines.
I too seem to have some prostate benefits. It makes sense since the inflammation is being removed. I’ve heard others comment on the peculiar urine smell. Some say it’s like asparagus. All those prostate sups you take are for inflammation anyway. You may be able to knock those off.
D-I-N-O-V-I-T-E
My old dog (big 13yo dog) is on the NIATONIN. She is benefitting a lot. Her hips are better. She gets up and down more easily and she’s running a bit more. I have her at 60M/700N and have no way to tell if there is a flush. She doesn’t show any signs of it. Her diet her entire life has been fantastic, and maybe that much mellie is too much. I’m not sure, but she’s not spending a good part of the day under the bed anymore. She should be dead already for such a big dog, but I am seeing improvement.
The wife has not had a single headache since we’ve started the Protocol (knocks wood). Other than that, lung inflammation is greatly reduced and small aches/pains have disappeared. She breathes easier and the smokers cough is few and far between. That’s a big deal as I have NEVER heard of that abating unless one quits the smokes.
We are on a break presently. We both easily hit our sweet spots at around 300M/1500N. At about a week into max dosage there was a diarrheic response. Neither of us were dehydrated, so I let it go for a while as the purge seemed necessary for gut health. It seemed like a natural “healing crisis” for getting back to good gut health. However after a week it persisted. So we backed off to half a dose, and it continued. So we’re taking a break for going on the 4th day and things seem to be getting back to normal. We’re on day 2 of butyrate as well. One more day and I’ll try to return to the aforementioned half dose and see what happens. I’ll also be going with mellie in gel caps to see if that can bring down the mellie doses.
This seems to be a common thread. However, my belt isn't telling me that. Belts don't lie. I've lost weight, but size has not changed. It's all gunk from the inside being purged I reckon.
NIACIN water method.
I was getting kinda tired of all the weighing and such, so I decided to make my niacin water in advance. Our dose was 750mg niacin and however much mellie to not flush. I took 1000g water and dissolved 7.5g of niacin. Now for each dose I simply weigh out 100g of the solution.
Note: you’ll need another kitchen type scale for this as that mg scale use you use for dosing will be overloaded with these numbers. You can use the mg scale to weigh out the 7.5g, but the water stuff needs to be on a bigger kitchen scale.
Note 2: Your kitchen scale might have grams and milliliters as unit choices. They are the same. 1ml H2O = 1g.
Thanks for the info. So you guys both still smoke? Yikes. Imagine if you were to quit - all the better!
Belts don’t lie. I’ve lost weight, but size has not changed.
I should buy a human sized scale and monitor my weight, as well. I’ve got one for everything else, it seems. But I too rely mostly on how my clothes fit me (or don’t).
Yeah, we still smoke but haven’t smoked store bought poison in 20 years. All organic tobacco and pure cotton filters roll your own. We each smoke about 5 a day and share another 5 or so. My intake can increase if Bama gets within an inch of losing, however.
Pants can lie. They’ll stretch a bit after increased wear throughout the day.
That gassiness is probably going top turn into a purge. Fair warning. There is always a price (healing crisis). I’ve been breaking out on chest and back which has never ever happened to me even as a teen. Stuff is just coming out.
This afternoon I did the same 575M/30min/1000N as yesterday, just to see if it’s repeatable. Once again, warmth around the ears, this time extending to the forehead — and as I type this, to the collarbones. Definitely more flush today than yesterday, but less lassitude. It may have to do with the fact that I went out for a walk instead of just sitting around.
Still learning.
Y’all this pistachio vector is something very special. Personally tonight I ate 40 pistachios before dinner and 300 niacin after dinner and NO FLUSH. I wish I’d done more niacin. People in the Telegram chat are experiencing amazing results. Some folks with very low ratios or inverted ratios are finding sweet spots now. There’s gonna be a run on pistachios.
Yeah, I know, he’s even changed the name of the Telegram chat to Pistiacin. Oops, looks like he changed it back again. Too much reputation invested in Niatonin already, I guess. Either they work for someone or they don’t. Glad you had success. I’m almost glad I didn’t, since I ordered 50g of melatonin powder (whenever it decides to get here is another matter), and I can’t get the unsalted pistachios around here. Methinks I’d need a truckload of them to work for me, and I sure don’t want to pay the amounts they charge per pound at places like Amazon or nuts.com!
As long as we’re looking for alternative sources of melatonin:
