In my later years, I left programming and taught high school math/science.

I would correct any errors that the teachers had made in their tests/worksheets.

I even wrote programs for them on the TI's common in the schools so they could check their answers

Was surprised that some teachers got upset.

Never lacked for work though.

Haha, I saw that all the time in my 10 yrs as a high school teacher. The sad thing is that these foolish teachers then mark off points on students for mistakes they themselves make.

Happens in all subjects, btw, not just math -- especially English.

I gave my kids extra credit for pointing out any errors I made. It was an incredibly effective classroom management tool.
