I AM WRONG FOR CONTINUING TO RESENT HIM FOR IT!

Judging may or may not be a sin. It depends on the standard. And maybe the intent of the judging.

I grew up with “you can do better than this.” But that is very offensive in today’s world.

The issue here is “not letting go” as stated above.

“Judge not “is where most eyes go. We are in the trouble we are today because we are not judging to high standards and holding our selves to the same high standards

Judging will always harm you. Statements of fact that are not judgement are ok. It all depends upon where your heart is when you do it and how you do it..

Well and truly said and every word of it. Saying we shouldn’t judge is like saying we shouldn’t breathe! It’s simply nonsense yammered by people who despise being judged and who are too spineless to render judgments!

Right, PeterPrinciple. That’s the main message in the article.

Judging something as a sin is not the issue.

It’s a matter of not forgiving and letting it turn into bitterness resentment, and anger that is the problem.

One cannot really forgive unless and until it has been determined that a sin has been committed against one. That requires the action to be compared to a standard and determined if it didn’t meet that standard.

So it’s not the recognition of the sin that’s a problem. It condemning the person in your heart.

That is exactly right, and the people on this thread that are whining about the “sin” of being judgemental do not realize that they are pawns being used by exceedingly evil people whose goal is to SILENCE all opposition to their attempt to destroy America by transforming it into a Democrat/Communist hellhole like those that have tortured and murdered millions of innocent people. NEVER STOP BEING JUDGEMENTAL!
