Check out the video clip. Biden is so dazed and confused, stumbling through his statement, that it seems possible he actually believed he had been there. Which, of course, is even worse than if he were just lying.

Joe Biden has made similar claims his entire time in Washington, but now he’s on a national stage versus a Delaware stage....in the past when he made ridiculous claims no one in Delaware called him on the BS, now it’s so obvious it’s hard to cover it up when Biden doesn’t have 100% cover for his claims..
