Please keep in mind this is the Dosage caculation and recommentation that Dr. Lee Merrit uses, but her full protocol is not listed here.

Dr. Zelenko has a separate protocol.

And Berhardt has one - many have different protocols which use different dosages and number of days the dose is given..
