They have whole sections on Doctors who will prescribe it and pharmacies that will dispense it...

I got my prescription for ivermectin thru this website.

We found a doctor who would prescribe it and had it filled at CVS a couple weeks ago.

Haven’t taken any yet. Waiting until we pop up positive.
