Afghanis are not trained in maintenance of the Blackhawks. They will start crashing from maintenance issues soon enough. Hopefully with the pilot inside.

If the maintenance is up to date they could fly for awhile. Parts and decent mechanics will eventually turn these things into playground equipment. Not to go too deep but do the tali know how to load weapons safely or how to shoot them?
The weather will be a problem when these half assed flyers try and fly in even rain.

Many were trained by the USA and I’m sure the Taliban will “enlist” them to train others.
Spare parts maybe tougher but anything can be bought with enough cash that “our government” is probably sending on pallets as we speak
