Here in CT the (Democratic) governor has had a sensible approach on masks. He ducked the issue and let each city and town decide.

Not to argue but I don't call that sensible at all. A municipality has no authority in this. That's how we get governments in "sanctuary cities" aiding and abetting invaders.
