We don’t make a habit out of publishing unconfirmed rumors, but the source of this particular rumor has been rock-solid in the past. This person, who has ties to the DNC, rightly informed me that both Amy Klobuchar and Pete Buttigieg would end their campaigns inexplicably before Super Tuesday during last year’s Democratic primary.
The text from the source reads, “Stay tuned. Team Kamala is quietly visiting Cabinet members in person to test the appetite for 25A in light of Taliban. [Chief of Staff Ron] Klain and other Biden loyalists left out but surprised others seem ready and willing. It could happen next week.”

I don’t think he could, but what would be the basis for demanding it? Screwed-up Afghanistan withdrawal policy wouldn’t be anywhere near sufficient evidence of mental incapacity, IMO. Presidents with sufficient cognitive abilities have made countless terrible decisions. And while it would be most enjoyable, if such a test were done there is zero chance it would be shown to the public.
The tear-jerking state funeral alone should give them at least a 15 point bump in the polls.

If the cabinet decides he needs to go, they can threaten to expose and embarrass him. A physician report could be leaked, a soiled pair of pants exposed, etc. He (they) could then decide to retire (for the good of the country). I don’t think it gets to the 2/3 vote stage.
What will they do with Harris... Well, she freely gave/gives away what they take from young girls. So that won’t work. She LIKES that. Stone her when they’re invited to a Whitehouse dinner?...kidnap her and hold her for ransom? Who the hell wouid to want her back?

The 25th amendment makes no distinction between physical and mental disability. The phrasing is “... unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”

They don't need a real stroke - IF they decide to '25th' Joe's demented @ss out of the White House, they're likely to spin it all as "Joe had a stroke", no matter what the reality is. I can see it now: ol' Joe was in "perfect health" when he "whipped Trump at the debates" and "won America's heart AND the election", but then, don't you know, "beloved ol' Joe had an undetected stroke", which coincidentally excuses the galactic scale D@mocrat FUBAR in A-stan...
I for one have no problem believing this rumor. Harris is prolly sabotaging Biden at this point. A little shove and she wlil get to take over as leader of the free world.

It’s the plan. Remember, Kamala was not on Xiden’s list when all of a sudden she was selected. Who put her in office with Joe? I say again: Obama. His placement was made by some cabal. Trump disrupted the plan after Obama, but they came back with the dying old man and the woman who has to follow orders. It’s plainly a takeover of America and it’s not Rusha. It’s coming out of the middle East.
