We don’t make a habit out of publishing unconfirmed rumors, but the source of this particular rumor has been rock-solid in the past. This person, who has ties to the DNC, rightly informed me that both Amy Klobuchar and Pete Buttigieg would end their campaigns inexplicably before Super Tuesday during last year’s Democratic primary.
The text from the source reads, “Stay tuned. Team Kamala is quietly visiting Cabinet members in person to test the appetite for 25A in light of Taliban. [Chief of Staff Ron] Klain and other Biden loyalists left out but surprised others seem ready and willing. It could happen next week.”

Your scenario is amusing and has a certain logic to it. I expect that plan will be used to get rid of Kamala Harris rather than Joe Biden. The eulogies should be quite touching. The persecution of "Deniers" and "Right Wing Terrorists" (Trump supporters) will be spectacular events orchestrated for maximum publicity.
Nuclear weapons probably will not be used.
Biden will suffer from a very serious illness of undisclosed nature and gracefully resign from the Presidency. Nobody will hear from him or his family members ever again. (They will be fine, just forced out of the public eye).
The replacement administration will much worse that what we have now.

Here’s the scenario. Harris dies in a “tragic plane crash while serving her country.” Hillary is appointed VP and confirmed by congress. Then the games begin, with Biden being 25th-ed to the sidelines, and eventually forced to resign/retire whatever. Hillary assumes the office of the presidency. If I was Kamala I’d be very leery about taking any -plane flights for the foreseeable future.
If the Dems had a reason to push him out of office, or something to gain from trying, he will be pushed... but there's nothing for them to gain.
The only thing Harris offers the Dem establishment is that she would be the first female president. Outside of that, she's a power-grabbing enigma. She doesn't have a cadre of long time confidantes and advisors who come from establishment institutions, she doesn't have a track record or a donor base that she's reliably beholden to, she could spin in any direction at any time. The establishment has already shown it is willing to go to amazing levels to cover over and ignore Biden's diminished state because as long as they get what they want from the administration, it doesn't matter how far along he is in his decline.
I think he may voluntarily resign, “honorably”, over some health issue. It will be a national crises that will pre-empt all regularly scheduled television programming for a week.
If they say go, he’ll go. Better to have a nice sendoff than to be slowly cut to pieces by the measured anonymous press leaks to come if he doesn’t.
He’s probably the most compromised politician in Washington; that’s why they picked him.

The video of him twisting an eight year old girls nipple, and the girl now confirming it, I bet they all saw it and realize this guy is scum. He’s now a grenade with a loose pin, bouncing around, and they know it. They need him off the stage, ASAP.

My understanding on the letter part is if, say a president was undergone surgery and under anesthesia, they would notify Congress that effective date and time, the VP will be acting VP until recovered enough to resume duties, then you get a 2nd letter and the VP goes back to VP.
This is the cabinet saying Biden would be unfit and if both houses agree, they remove him.

This was Joe, left alone while his wife was in Japan, not picking up the phone. He probably had some whores working for him, and when Milley called, he was occupied. Just speculating, but it’s probably something that simple.
The fact that Senator Warner is saying they will investigate this, it makes me believe he wont survive this. He’ll have a medical issue and resign. They wont have to take him out with the 25th.
