And to be fair, Biden didn’t have much of a choice here. Had he pulled everything out, the United States would have been accused of abandoning an ally. And that accusation would have had some merit.

Fully agree.He rightfully went in and won the war and achieved our military and national security objective within three months, and, rather than leaving the rubble there as a reminder not to transgress, he then proceeded to snatch defeat from victory by changing the mission to rebuilding and lose it over the next 20 years. No more nation building. Ever
