The data from the Phase 3 clinical trials was collected and made available back in December 2020. There was no need for a control group anymore. Members of the control group were getting sick and dying from COVID-19, not even knowing they hadn’t really been vaccinated. It would be horribly unethical to not provide them with the vaccine at that point.
The clinical trials are being conducted now, on all the people getting the different experimental drugs injected into themselves.
The trial is being executed on the entire population.
Adverse reactions are hidden,just take it period.
