Some people actually talk this way, making a point through exaggeration. I have heard it many times— sort of self deprecating, like
“ a hundred years ago when I was still getting my degree” or some such.
Biden’s progressive dementia is not in doubt. But I don’t think this is evidence of it.
Self deprecating is an extremely complex concept for JoeDementia in his most cognitive state, so that is doubtful.
