I think the same thing. The government will either ride it out and wait for people to get tired of protesting and go home to life as usual, or they will start eliminating the protesters, or a sympathetic ear in the government will take out those in charge . What the government won’t do is say “gee, I guess we have gotten it wrong for all these years and the people are upset with us. Let’s try the American way”.
