Don’t give your children their insurance number. I think HIPAA would prevent a cold call to an insurance company from PP trying to obtain the numbers. I would not even tell my kids what insurance they had ( unless it is Kaiser, that would be difficult to hide).

I’m surprised! I thought they would have already implemented this kind of law. After all, the immediate goal is to eliminate parental oversight over one’s children, but to keep the financial, criminal and civil responsibility.
You have to keep feeding the kid even if he/she/it comes home one day as the other sex, and hands you the bill.
