Uh, yes, the shot will stop you from spreading the virus. If you have immunity, the virus tries to infect you but is terminated by your immune system. The vaccine does not contain live virus therefore it does not infect you. The vaccine stimulates your immune system to produce antibodies by exposing said immune system to identifiable components of the actual virus. The only other way to get immunity is to be infected by the actual virus, which also exposes your immune system to identifiable components of the actual virus. During the course of the infection you can spread the virus because you haven’t gotten immunity yet. After that you cannot spread the virus. Either a vaccination or an infection will give you immunity and once you have immunity you cannot spread the virus.

Anything else is lies.
