There’s a First Amendment right to petition the government for redress of grievances. Having a public school, i.e. an arm of government, shut down a mechanism for doing so appears to be a First Amendment violation.
PING!
Why Is Republican-Run Indiana Letting Tax Dollars Fund Critical Race Theory?
Good for these parents!
This current board is evil.
The fascists are in charge and aren’t going to tolerate any criticism. This isn’t just a difference of opinion any more.
“This isn’t just a difference of opinion any more.”

The school board doesn’t care. By the time a suit made it through the courts they would all be dead or retired. Better to try to recall them or vote them out.
This is the way you handle leftists. You get in their faces and fight. Can you imagine Republicans in Congress doing this? I can't. They are a bunch of pussies. SO we have to do it.
Enough of the kinder gentler conservative crap. The goal is not to get the to agree with us. The goal is to get them to quit.
There have been instances of that happening, and a spot vote of those parents at the school board meeting replacing board members on the spot. (I guess local laws or rules of order allows that in some places.)
This also needs to be done at the local and state levels with the Republican Party. Become of Republican Precinct Committeeman and make the RINOs quit. And they are quitting.
Our county has been under attack from the inside for at least a decade. The citizens were blind to this, significant damage has all ready occurred and people are only now realizing what has occurred. Unless we organize, fight back hard (nothing off limits) and use their tactics against them we lost. The politicians will not help, forget the military and the police are not your friend.
Don’t forget, the educational system was compromised some time ago, you now have at least one generation that has been brainwashed and lacks any critical thinking skills. They need to be dealt with. Open your eyes and you will see I’m correct.
The parents complaining are the outliers.
A left wing politician that I’ve always admired is Dennis Kucinich. As I recall, his thesis was ‘The Politics of Confrontation’ or something along those lines. We should study and learn from Kucinich, and Alinkski, and others of that ilk.
The left is used to confronting weak spined Republicans. It’s time to make them play by their own rules.
As the billboard at the municipal power plant in Cleveland used to say, “Power to the People”.
Time to escalate. Get more bodies and physically toss the board out of the building. Occupy the place, give it a clever name like Occupy Sesame Street. Someone has to start really pushing back.
Vote from the lampposts.

Before he came up, they paraded a bunch of teachers and students up there to say how wonderful things are.
I watched the whole meeting last night. You are right. There was one young student that was wearing a mask. I can only think how scared the kid was. That is child abuse. No reason for anyone wearing a mask in the first place. I am glad the parents speaking in the public comment portion of the meeting stuck to their guns.
I think there was a guy/gay couple too. The first part was very barf.
Your tagline and mine go hand in glove with each other.
