Thanks for being an honest poster. I am not anti vax. I just don’t like being lied to so much. There are way too many lies about everything Covid starting with GOF WIV .... if they lie about basic stuff they will lie about important stuff. I am concerned the FDA will approve these vaccines.

Sharp disagreements are nothing new on FR. But it is unfortunate that the discourse has deteriorated to the point that useful debate on this topic is virtually impossible. And that's among a group that are all one level or another of America-first, nationalist, pro-life, pro-family, anti-globalist, pro-gun Patriots.

Cui Bono, one must ask.

Here's maybe a part of an answer to that question, from the article:

The smoking gun that I think will bring down Biden and the Democrats (if the Republicans are smart) The smoking gun is the free S1. This means “oh ****, the vaccine is defective. That was not supposed to happen.”

Fortunately, with early treatment using drugs proven in Phase 3 trials, we have a safer, more effective option than a defective vaccine.

I’m a Democrat. But I’m a human being first. And this isn’t even a close call. The sooner Biden backs off and halts the vaccine, the better for his future. If he moves forward, he and the Democrats will be swept from power. I do not want that to happen.

The arguments regarding quality adjusted life years calculations (QALY) as the basis for justifying risk/benefit assessments for these vaccines are incontrovertible. The government has not followed it’s own established processes and policies for making these determinations. Anyone who regularly attends CDC ACIP meetings knows what I speak of regarding QALY.

They are violating the law. The bioethics and federal law is clear cut and is laid out in Malone’s article on TSN:

These are experimental vaccines. EUA grants a waiver for informed consent, but it doesn’t override key requirements related to human subject research.

Therefore, the government must comply with federal statutes that cover ethical human subject research.

There are three key requirements that must be met: 1. full and complete disclosure of risks, 2. test subjects have to comprehend the risks 3. and there is willing consent to participate.

If anyone refuses to consent, and you try to coerce them (e.g., a punishment for non-compliance like “i’ll fire you”), then you are in violation of federal law.
