Earlier on Friday, the Biden Department of Justice warned state lawmakers that if they proceeded to audit fraudulent elections they will be targeted by the Biden administration.
The US Constitution specifically gives the power to the states to regulate federal elections as they see fit.
You would think the Attorney General of the United States would know this. Following the threats by the Biden regime, former fighter pilot and Arizona state Senator Wendy Rogers warned Merrick Garland to stay in his lane.

Good!
What is Merrick Garland worried about? All he has to do is to say “Proceed with the audit, as you wish. The election had already took place on November 3rd and we stand by its results. Nothing will change.” And then never speak of it again.
Garland, The Arizona Rangers are ARMED, so F.O.

” What is she going to do if he sends in a team to take the ballots by force? “
Arizona Department of Public Safety
Check out their boss...

State Senator from my District!
First: The appointment of Arizona's electors is not a Federal election.
Second: The Constitution gives CONGRESS the power to regulate Federal elections, not the states.

good. no fear whatsoever. that’s the way to address your enemy.
“Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.”

The states do not have unrestricted power. See my post above.
I think they could have much more cred if they stopped the bs sensationalism. Just the facts, is all I want from press.
I live it.
I live it.
