Official social media pages for various arms of the United States military showed their support this week for Pride Month, an annual tribute to the LGBTQ community.
Marine Corps Recruiting posted on Facebook on Friday, writing, “We celebrate the opportunity to serve together — as a warriorhood strengthened, not divided, by our differences.”
“Tearing down barrier after barrier, overcoming obstacle after obstacle, winning battle after battle for our Nation and everyone in it. That’s what makes a Marine,” the post stated. It also included the phrase “STRENGTH & PRIDE IN BELONGING,” with the “& PRIDE” portion in rainbow colors.
The U.S. Navy posted a photo of a rainbow with an aircraft carrier and helicopter in the foreground. The photo’s caption read, “June is #PrideMonth2021! Help the #USNavy celebrate by posting your favorite picture of a rainbow at sea in the comments below.”

Yes, I know that those on active duty have to follow orders, and that includes senior officers. What is needed are some high-profile resignations from general officers who can then condemn this crap openly, but as far as I can tell, we haven't gotten a single one. Which to me means that either they're fully on board with this, or they're just careerists. Neither of which speaks well of them.
I know a lot of multi-generation Marine families who have decided that enough is enough, and are discouraging their sons from carrying on that tradition. My own son had an ROTC scholarship, and but was turned off by the woke B.S. masquerading as leadership training so he punted on it. Can't say I blame him.
I get why this is happening. The Marine Corps does an admirable job of teaching its officers to be mission-oriented. To complete the task ordered regardless of the obstacles in your way is something impressed upon you from day one. But to conflate the "mission" of wokeness with the traditional mission of winning wars is a diminution of our history. And I'm ashamed of the brass that is going along with it without so much as a whimper of protest.

When the lower half of the spectrum of responsibility, the kids, have been so programed to hate, or even consider respecting, what their fore fathers have done for them, and created such an overwhelming disinformation about commitment for their next generations, it almost makes me hang my head to think I gave up what I and my peers did, and those before me, to be recognized as the enemy.
And the real vets don’t say anything, they just go about their way and hope there is enough spine in certain people to keep what was done protected if not respected. But everything is a tool to be used for agenda and it is always negative or underlying to the topic.
