Correct. But to do it with no evidence except some paid informant is criminal, probably someone like the freak with the horns that was making such a display.
Months is solitary confinement and destruction of a person life should never happen.
But Federal Courts are not like other courts in the USA.
They are still after President Trump. Trying desperately to find some stupid charge that will stick.

And with only trespass charges, the corrupt prosecutors already well know that trespass is a specific-intent crime. IoW,if someone walks across your lawn; or enters your backyard pool, ya need to prove things along the lines of a specific intent to harm or burglarize/rob a resident...or vandalize. A person entering your backyard pool to save a drowning person has NOT committed "trespass."
