When state authorities violate your constitutional rights, you file a civil suit under 42 USC Section 1983 (aka “The Ku Klux Klan Act”) and when federal law enforcement does the same, you can bring suit under a “Biven’s” action. It would seem he was arrested maliciously, and without probable cause.

I'm not a lawyer. But yes, it was with malice and was a total fishing expedition trying to force someone into confessing “something” to create a mass crime.

Electronic surveillance has made this very hard to extract yourself from it.
