Your view of the Constitution is that what it says doesn’t matter- if there is “good reason” to do otherwise in your opinion.
U.S. Constitution, Article III
Section 1
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish...
Section 2
The Judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;...—to Controversies between two or more States;—between a State and Citizens of another State;...
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.

“Still waiting for your answer to my questions!”
What?
That the Supreme Court can do anything even if the Constitution says someone else decides it?
Such a question is just ignorance and pride combined.
I’m quite familiar with those, like you, that say the Constitution can be ignored.
Also with those who, ignorantly, think the President should be popularly elected.
You know nothing of anything.

People like you, who disregard our Founders, really irritate me.
They knew so much more of mankind than you.
